1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Translife Group Sdn. Bhd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Pikka AIwebsite, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site" and "Services").

Our Services include the main brand Pikka AI and our sub-brands including Pikka Talk and Pikka Speech. By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Services (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

Pikka AI, Pikka Talk, and Pikka Speech are brands and trademarks belonging to Translife Group Sdn. Bhd. No part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
• Use the Services to translate, transcribe, or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or highly objectionable content.
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or any portion of the Site.
• Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise without proper licensing.

4. Global Accessibility and Compliance

Our Services are designed to be accessible globally. We strive to ensure our platform complies with international standards. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and guidelines in your jurisdiction regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Malaysia. Translife Group Sdn. Bhd. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms. For users accessing the Services from international jurisdictions, mandatory local consumer protection laws may still apply.
