How it works

One mic in. Every language out.

No booths, no receivers, no installs. Three steps stand between your speaker and a room that understands them.

01

Create your room

Pick the languages, schedule the event, and get a short room code.

02

Share the code

Attendees open a link on any phone browser and enter the code. No app, no account.

03

Everyone understands

Live translated audio and captions stream to each listener in the language they chose.

Built different

Details competitors don't have.

The hybrid system is the headline. These are the engineering details that make Pikka Speech original.

Per-language control

Choose AI, human, or AI + human for each target language independently — never one mode for the whole event.

Meeting bot

Pikka joins Zoom, Teams, or Meet as a bot and interprets the call for remote participants automatically.

Glossary locks

Pin your industry's exact terminology and the AI honors mandatory terms for the whole event.

Official transcripts

Finalize and certify event transcripts, with inline word-level editing before you publish.

Replay on your terms

Recording is off by default; when enabled, retention is host-chosen from 1 to 180 days.

Transparent overlay

Float captions over any stream or shared screen with a frameless desktop overlay.

You decide what the event keeps.

Recording is off by default. When an organizer enables replay or creates an official transcript, the product explains what is retained and for how long.

Recording is opt-in

A host must explicitly enable recording for a room. When enabled, replay media is stored so authorized users can play or download it.

Replay retention is 1–180 days

The organizer selects a retention period from 1 to 180 days; the default is 30 days. Expired replay media is removed by the retention process.

Official transcripts are separate

Live final captions are stored while the room is active and removed when the room closes. A certified official transcript is a separate retained record.

Room access is host-controlled and traffic is encrypted in transit. Read the privacy policy.

Built for the events your organization runs.

Anywhere a speaker needs to reach a multilingual audience, Pikka Speech gives organisers live audio, captions, transcript exports, and simple listener access.

Conferences & summits

Expand international attendance with QR listener access, live captions, transcripts, and optional language-team oversight.

All-hands & town halls

Address a global workforce live, in each person's first language, on their own laptop or phone.

Investor days & AGMs

Plan multilingual shareholder communication with host-controlled room access. Validate confidentiality requirements before using sensitive material.

Training & workshops

One trainer instructs across continents. Live captions plus exportable transcripts double as accessibility support and post-session study material.

Government & public sector

Make hearings, briefings, and citizen consultations accessible. Confirm applicable accessibility, records, security, and procurement requirements before use.

Education & congregations

Lectures, sermons, and community gatherings reach every attendee in the language they grew up with.

Already own a transmitter and receivers?

Add Pikka AI language channels without depending on attendee Wi-Fi

Route a live mixer feed through Pikka Speech, a professional audio output, and an available compatible transmitter input. Attendees keep using the installed receivers; the Pikka production workstation still needs dependable internet.

Built from translation work, not from a demo.

Aery Goh founded Translife in 2005, then built Pikka AI from translation-field knowledge and programming. Pikka Speech is the event interpretation product in that suite.
